September in Mallorca events ….

Villa Luisa Soller -Port Soller.
4th September at 7pm

Reservations are open for the Marine Gastronomic Experience of the Year.

A themed menu that we will start with the filleting of a bluefin tuna, which will be done in front of the diners, a glass of @moetchandon in hand and a spectacular sunset in the background, where our chefs @paurules of @clandesti_taller_gastronomic and @ lluis_87 of @villaluisasoller, will explain the different parts of the tuna, some of which are absolute delicacies, while they serve this precious king of the tunas. From the same tuna, we will begin the experience with several exclusive snacks only possible at the time of filleting the fish – Marrow, bone marrow … An absolute madness!
Later on at the table, we will continue the menu with dishes that will surprise everyone present. The pairing of champagnes offered and selected by the sommelier @daniel_sumiller of @redivins will give it the right touch to round off the evening.
We await your presence, in an event that will be sure to be a phenomenal evening with this cult product of the sea.
